I've been using my 2 Devilbiss finish lines for almost 7 years now and Im thinkin its time for something new, And was wonderin what everyone else out there is using and what they reccommend. Just about anything is a step up from what ive got but I have had great results and been very pleased with my cheapo finishlines, Just time for somehting new I think.

That's what I have been using too. This shop by us had a gun that had disposable inserts to place in his aluminum cup. I gotta get me some of those!!! He cleaned his gun with about 3oz. or laquer thinner.

I use the Devilbiss Deckups system which is awesome! Its a plastic cup with disposable liners Elimanates mixing cups and having to clean your alum gun cup and reduces gun weight considerably. The pice of a set of the liners is about $60 for 32. But i easily save more than than in reduced lacquer thinner usage and saved time.

I have had some people tell me there are durability problems with the Sata's and that replacment parts are very pricey. Whats your thoughts on that?

It depends how you take care of your guns, if you tend to leave them in a gun cleaner for extended periods of time then I could see you going throught some rebuild kits which run about 125. I treat my guns like there worth my annual salary, you only get paid to to the job once

That is very true. I do the same, but as i dont have a gun cleaner i usually break the gun down after every use and i will let the Air cap, fluid tip, the adapter and the needle soak in thinner between uses but not the body of the gun. Nothing is worse then having to do a repaint because there is a chunk of dried red paint in your white basecoat. That is one of those things you make sure only happens one

I need to look into those, although I have no projects right now, nor do I plan on having any. Been looking, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.
