The pm has had a better run this year so far I was up last weekend around walhalla and sulak better than last year for sure. And as far as the alewives goes I hear many different story's from what I see they are making a comeback they were dead all over the beach last summer when I was in manistee and these salmon are huge this year so the fish that are in the lake are eating well.
I was going to go to the PM this weekend, going to be a washout though

The fishing should still be good. Me and a few friends were going to camp but we didn't feel like spending the weekend in Frogg Toggs lol.

A few buddy's are up in welston area and they have caught over 100 salmon starting yesterday morning.
Must be running those turks ticklers!! Lol
Gonna need a smokehouse for all that.

Hooked in to 4 salmon landed one. Not too bad for a day trip up there. And fishing from shore
