93 Probe GT No Spark

I am working on a 93 Probe GT with Auto. I just changed the trans and now have no spark. I have gone over the connections that were broken for the trans swap and find nothing. Can somebody help me out on this? I need this piece of probe out of my garage so I can make money.

Check to make sure you didn;t pull the wiring out of the distributor or leave the main harness ground loose.

Having troubles with the starter engaging now. When the starter does not engage correctly the brake light comes on. It looks like I am going to have to go over the harness with a fine tooth comb to find a short.
