    Exclamation interior paint removal

I have a factory white dash from a 90 Mustang that somebody repainted white. Is there anyway I can remove the paint without hurting the factory vinyl underneath?

    Thanks

Good luck with that one. I would think the original painter probobly scuffed everything really well before painting.

try thinner? MEK work, but it also might melt the plastic dash. I would think paint thinner would take it off pretty easily without ruining the substrate.

just use a blow gun if it wasnt prepped it will come right off
To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

i hate when people do that stuff! my old boss had a '80 vette w/white int and somebody sprayed the whole dash bright white when the rest of the int was nice but older looking. it would have looked way better if it was left alone
i dont like small cars or real big women but somehow i always find myself in em
