Am I the only one that is facinated by these things?

1. Tesla:
In high school a professor talked about Nicoli Tesla and the tanguska explosion. Quite facinating. Breifly, Tesla (scientist) created a tesla coil capable of wireless transmission of electicity. In colordao Springs, he put a tesla coil on one mountain and lightbulbs on another with antenna. turned on the coil and lit up the other mountain.
He created a "machine" that he could focus this electricity (think of a ray gun). Long story short, He and Thomas Edison had a falling out, he lost his publicity and funding. There was an expedition to the north pole, he turned on his "ray gun" and missed the north pole, he though the would turn on his maching and light up the north pole for the explorers - thus getting publicity and funding!
Well he miscalculated and leveled over 500,000 acres in siberia - tanguska. Others think it was a meterite that exploded and leveled the trees, killed everything, but there is no crater or debris from that...
Basically, he developed a weapon that would send this "ray" electricity through the earth to coordinates and level anything.
(imagine if he had GPS techonolgy and could had EXACT coordinates).

2. JoeCells
Without getting in to the physic and electrical engineering, imagine an internal combustion engine. the piston moves up and down! Imagine if that piston moving down was caused by the explosion of water in the cylinder caused by JoeCells. Basically, JoeCells create Ball Lightning (plasma) and will ignite water (make it go boom).
So instead of air/fuel (gasoline, deisel, hydrocarbon fuel), it would be air and water. PURE water. the Joe cell would ignite the water, that would force the piston down the combustion chamber and the crank would spin!
RPM's would be controlled by the frequency of the Joe Cell, change the frequency (Hz) change the RPM's.

3. Doomsday Machine.
Hitler designed a machine (or so it's believed) in the rock quarry outside Prague, deep deep underground. THere were hundreds of miles of tunnels, basically a machine that would drill (quickly) (talking hours) to the core of the earth and ignite a nuclear warhead. Being that it is believed that the earths core is dense with Uranium, it would set off a nuclear reaction, and basically explode the earth.

4. living Electricity.
what happens to the electrical pulses in a living being, (dog, cat, human, rhinosarus, fish) when it dies? laws of Physics (thermodynamics, conservation of energy) state that electricity cannot be created or destroyed, only change from one form of electricty to another.
when something dies, what happens to the electrical pulses? Does it just turn in to thermal energy (heat) and dissipate?
I use the word "electrical pulses" as that if what I believe occurs in our nervous system, your brain send a signal to wiggle a finger and I type the letter "J". I don't think it is a frequency, but an electrical pulse.
in early brain surgery, the patients were awake and their head cut open. the Dr's would stimulate (apply electrical charge) to specific parts of the brain and the patient (AWAKE) would tell the Dr. what was happening and what they felt (ie. toes tickled, nose itched, finger moved, etc...)

My dad was a electronics engineer. One Halloween he built a tesla coil and handed out candy dressed up like uncle fester from the adams family. The cool part was the light bulb he'd pull out of his coat pocket that lit up when ever I turned on the coil!
I wish I'd hung on to that project he built!

I believe that the impules are converted into heat and dissipate as the cells die one by one througout each tissue type, and as the cellular respiration stops the action potentials are no longer produced at the synaptic junctions. So you were right in your assumptions, except that it's matter (or energy too) that cannot be created or destroyed, not somuch electricity IIRC.

I dig this shit... that you are talking about.
