    Default Wheels revisited

Here's the wheels that I got for this blue GT. They are HRE 593R's and they have a TUV approved centerbolt kit, which I think looks awesomely race. First pic is what they look like, polished lip with gloss black centers,=. I don't like the finish on the wheels as they were ordered, so we're gonna change it up. I don't want the centers to be gloss, so in any configuration, you'll just have to imagine matte. If I end up black lip, it'll be black gloss lip with a matte center. The last chop doesn't have the centerbolt, because it just doesn't exist other than this one set, but I think silver center and black lip might be interesting. OE looks very tame.

    Hmm...

I really like the looks of the first one (well, second picture), which is strange because black/blue don't usually go so well together. That looks really good though...just enough polish to really set it apart.

I like the first one with the polished lip and black center. Very nice choice with the HRE's. Wow- kinda fun to help pick wheels for my dream car!

g/f and i agree on the second choice. I think the last one's color is fine - but maybe not for these wheels - maybe for a 6-8 spoke design, but not as good on a 10 spoke. The middle choice seemed to look smoothest with the car's color

Wow, black looks so sick on that car, and removing those side stripes does wonders.

^ +1. Matte looks even better in a real pic. No doubt whatever is used will turn out nice on a GT

I like the 2nd pic (polished lip w/ black wheels) but I definitely like the /stripes and either style wheel is a huge improvement to an already badass look.
