Default Mustang suspension gurus...Need your advice

I want to replace the suspension on my 98 convertible but am unsure what to go with. The car is a v6 and I was thinking of going with a stock gt suspension set up but I really would like to do a suddle drop maybe with a set of H&R's and some new struts to give it a more aggressive stance. The only concern I have is with my winter tire set up and wondering if doing a drop will cause my winter tires to rub. My winter tires are 225/55/17's, not sure what ill be running for the summer but I know for sure they will not be as tall. So i'm looking for opinions on what kind of budget friendly suspension set up I could go with without having any rubbing issues with the taller tires. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the tires rubbing but make sure to get caster camber plates when you lower it.
