Default 2011 Superduty is making a statement!

It's BIG!!!! I just took our first 2011 for a test drive. It's a 4x4 S/C with the 6.2 V-8 and it runs really good. Granted it wasn't towing anything, but it's a huge improvement from the 5.4.

We had training today and everything across the board is improved. The 2010 is a great truck and the '11 just steps up the game. I can't wait to drive the new 6.7 Diesel.

Here are some pictures of the BIG I was talking about

The fuel door is big because it houses the fuel filler neck and the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) filler neck. According to our rep, Ford claims an 8% increase in fuel economy(over the 6.4), but he and the other reps are seeing just over 18% because of the DEF.

i got to drive the diesel... towing 15k lbs, 11k lb truck on a 4500lb trailer... its pretty badass. and will cost about as much as my house is worth in this economy.

What kind of mileage interval / price for the DEF? I wouldn't imagine it's as bad as the BMW set up.

I was pulling a 10k trailer with a 4x4 srw through the mountains of Colorado, (two lane roads, 1000+ foot drops, no guardrails..white knuckle driving at its best), in a snow storm and it was no sweat. I actually had it in 2 wheel most of the time. They're definitely badass trucks and are only going to get better.

Should have to fill or at least top it off every oil change and I'm not sure what manufacturers are going to be charging, but it shouldn't be very expensive.
