I used POR 15 a few times and im not impressed at all. Even followed all their steps. Only benefit is it lays flat even if you just tip it over and walk away. lol. I used chassis saver also, i ended up being much happier.

I've only used POR15. I have no complaints. After painting on the bottom of a Mustang, I beat on it with a 3lb sludge hammer and it didn't even crack or flake.

End up going with Flat black Chassis saver for my rear end.

Thanks reiko on the hoookup! So far for brushing/rolling it on it looks halfway decent got another 40min or so before I can put another coat on.

POR15 is best on a rusted surface, chassis saver is perfered on a new/clean surface

Both prefer a roughed up surface- it says in chassis savers instructions not to put it on a smooth surface and that a slight rust helps it bite. Bigg and I did his subs and inside the tubs today- pretty hard to fuck that stuff up.

the best part was spending about 15 minutes trying to get the top off the can before I realized you just have to puncture the top.....

Nope Haven't had to mess with that can. There a trick to those as well? I ended up pouring the small can into a pop bottle so i could put a lid on it.
