BTW, the camera means almost nothing .. it's the lens that counts.

how so? a better lens makes a good camera look great. the same cant be said for a better camera with a normal lens.

Lens is far more important then the body.

Sure, Have a $4000 camera and a $3000 lens, but if you don't know what you're doing, I'm sorry, the photos are not going to turn out.

and to whoever negative repped me. Try growing up.

exactly what I was saying lol

you can scarcely tell the difference between my G10 vs. my buddy's 1ds Mk 3 with his bad biotch 2.8/20 with me operating both cameras

but put him behind either and theres a remarkable difference and thats me (novice) vs him ( apprentice/professional)

and for the record an Xti is not a good camera in the dslr game, it is a good consumer level camera though ! most people with XTi' should just have a G10 though to be honest.

I've seen tons of terrific photos off of Canon Rebels. The camera is very secondary to the lens. Obviously it doesn't matter how expensive the body (or lens) if you're having an epileptic seizure while shooting.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
