    Default 85 GT Stang work in progress

    My 85 GT project. Started 5/9/2010

    Plans-
    1. Replace floor pans
    2. Wolfe through floor sub-frame connectors
    3. S&W 12pt roll cage
    4. Painless pro-street wiring kit with cage mount switch panel
    5. Florida5.0 dash kit w/autometer gauges
    6. TeamZ mini tub kit
    7. TeamZ complete front suspension kit
    8. Weld up all holes in engine bay
    9. Body work and final paint

    Not bad for 3 hours work!( not including removal of dash)

    Decides to weld the entire surrounding edge of the pan to insure a seal.

    check out wolfe's mini tub kits....i used one and it is mint

    Bottle fed 351w 5-speed. Trying to save up for that sbf roots supercharger up on craigslist but this project has its ways of sucking my savings dry in a hurry.

    They always do. Hope you're gonna go with a good 5-speed. A 351w on nitrous will kill a t5 quick. have a bottle fed351w too. Actually I think you came out and bought a few parts off me last year (doors,etc.). Keep the progress (and pics) coming.

    Had my eye on it but decided to stick with our sponsors as much as possible.
    + TeamZ JIG welded upper shock cross member will save me some time and guess work. Do you have any pics of your set up you could send me?

    Good progress! I would recommend the Wild Rides Battle Boxes as well if you are that far down. They were easy to install and can be tied into the main hoop with jumper bars for even more rigidity. Here is a picture of mine installed.
