    Nothing like waving around a 8 foot long metal rod during a thunderstorm... but it was worth it!

    Yeah that one was about 10-11 inches. Thats ok for the ponds around here I fish. It's fun on a light weight fly pole.

    This one I caught earlier in the year. Probably 15"-16".

    The bass is the same one I posted earlier in this thread. 23 1/4" 7lbs, the walleye is 29" never weighed it. Very rare to catch a wally in our lake.

    Both caught on a private 150 acre lake that my cottage is on.

    Been fly fishing the Huron a lot this year. Lots of small smallies, but a couple 16" + fish.

    that's a 26" cooler... just a tad over 28 lbs

    Ludington. Biggest they've seen this year was 32 so far.
