Default Removing pine tree sap from paint

What's the best thing to use to help get it off paint?

About a week and yes it's been sitting out in the sun. I'm thinking just using some tar remover and then taking a good look at the paint under it to see if it has any etching.

lots of rubbing alcohol! and a towel. and then when you're done with that, clay bar the whole vehicle and rewax it!
