Default 6.2L Raptor CAI/Dyno Tune Results

Today, a local customer brought his 6.2L Raptor to us for a CAI install and custom dyno tune.

In stock form, the truck baselined 326 RWHP / 332 RWTQ. After the dyno tune with no other modifications, it made 347 RWHP / 365 RWTQ.

We then installed a CAI and retuned the truck. With this being the only modification, it made 353 RWHP / 370 RWTQ.

In addition to the power increases, our transmission calibration made it feel like an entirely different truck. Shifts were crisp and firm and throttle response was greatly improved!

Very nice! What do you think one of those could make with some boost?

Have you guys been inside of one yet? Just curious.

Peak values didn't change a WHOLE lot, but that's a LOT more area under the curve. Damn...nice job!

YES! Amazing dyno results. Never mind the increase in power - look how easily that power will actually be used now! majority of your ft/lbs now comes in under 3k, over 1500 rpm lower. Geeze you guys do some nice work...

Great performance upgrades. Now he needs to take that thing off-roading and open it up

How come you guys run these dyno pulls after installing a "CAI" as they are called with the hood open? You need to install that thing go run the car on the freeway for a few then sit in traffic for a few minutes and get it on the dyno as fast as possible So you have good under hood temps and make a pull with the hood shut. I don't know anyone who drives around with their hood open.
