Mine was 3 sticks of 2" square stock. PLENTY heavy enough to replace the cross rails on the floor of my bed.
Oh, and I finally got around to installing the lowering blocks I bought. Got a total of about 3.5" drop with everything done. Couldn't help but to put it under a trailer at my second job... lol

I think where most of you have your problems with all of this, is the fact that you really don't fully understand the internal workings and dynamics of the common combustion engine. There is no magic tune up, and motors are stupid. The only time a motor will complain is when something is wrong.
