I just went through the whole thread, and this came out awesome man congrats. Looks like it could be a feature in MMFF,
Thanks guys, it's getting closer to done every night.
Here are a few pictures from progress over last weekend. The right side axle shaft flange was bent from the wreck, so a new replacement was ordered from Moser. While I had the axle guts out, I removed the housing and installed a fixture jig through it to verify it is still straight. I reassembled it with new axle bearings, and swapped out the lighter weight Strange alluminum center section I was running for a beefier Mark Williams bolt through case, also changing the 4.30 gear for a more nitrous freindly 3.64. I also changed the old Strange single adjustable shocks for a new set of double adjustables(Thanks for the quick delivery Team Z).
Once the axle was complete, the brake system was bled. The car's suspension should now be more prepared for the abuse I have planned.
The parachute mount and wheelie bars were also damaged from the wreck, but Jeff at JR Racecraft stepped up and donated a few repairs to those items! He also added a slick quick release pin to the 'chute mount so a pushbar can be attached for moving the car with my golf cart.
Awesome work and I love those jack stands for the lift. You almost have me convinced to get a 4 post..
