Default Front-End Alignment and Vehicle Weight

Will the weight of the front end play a role in the alignment? Reason I ask is because the car in question currently doesn't have a hood or front bumper, which I'm sure will add at least 150lbs to the front of the vehicle. Is it ok to get it aligned like this or should we wait until those parts are back on the car?

Wait to add the weight of the bumper and hood, it will surely effect the geometry of the front suspension.

yeah, I had my stang aligned last week, seemed dead nuts. today driving to work with me in it, pulls to the left slightly, could be from the fact that i wasnt in it when it was aligned

if the car is at a stock ride height, its more then likely to be a non issue. Some car manufacturers actually have you put sandbags in the car in specific spots and specific wieghts when you align the car.

Most new computerized alignment machines will give you a measurement from the wheel center to the fender lip to make sure it's @ proper ride height. If it's out of range just add weight to the front end till it's in spec.
