Default My old Waterford house is for sale with heated/insulated 3+ car garage

If anyone is looking my old house is up for a great deal. It is subject to a short sale approval from the lender. But this is a great house. Plenty of garage space, fenced yard with a dog pen area on the side if you are hosting a party and want to keep them from bugging guests. I updated a ton on this house over the last 10 years. Plumbing upgraded from galvanized to copper, new electric hot water heater, new roof, new downstairs windows, paved the driveway, added the front porch railings/arches/shutters, had the house sided, changed garage windows to glass block, insulation in the crawl space and blown into the attic space, new circuits wired throughout the house to properly separate larger appliances, new ceiling fan in the living room, vent fan in the bathroom, hardwood floors downstairs, new carpet and hardwood in the living room, cleaned/restained back deck, plenty of landscaping (that is low maintenance and just requires the usual trimming) that provides colors at different times of the year. The garage has 200A service with two 220 plugs out there for a welder and compressor or whatever else you may need to run. The house is true 100A service. It has come a long way since I bought it but sadly the market is not what it used to be so someone is getting a great deal here. I figured I would post it up here since there are a bunch of carguys and everyone likes garage space. The neighbors are great and never had issues with my louder car. Kid and animal friendly neighborhood.

The house is listed for $75,000

Just curious when did you sell it and for how much?
To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

I am selling it now for the price listed above. It is my old house because I have moved into the new house.

Thats a beautiful house! You'd think it would be worth double that price in a better economy.

Damn, that is a really nice place for the money. I wish I never bought 6 years ago so I could take advantage of deals like this.
