metallic paint questions

sup guys.. i have a few question's about paint. ive painted a few cars but never really painted with metallic paint....the color is kona blue metallic new mustang color i was wondering if i can spray it the same way as reg paint or do i gotta do a diff technique? or somthing cause i heard u can lay it down wrong and it wont look right lmk before a fuck up this car lol thx

and i heard u can fog the last coat of paint on what do they mean by fogging it on?

When you fog/drop coat. You'll drop your pressure down alittle and move back away from the panels 12-18". Do nice even strokes and don't end a stroke on an edge. Keep the trigger pulled. I usually back the pressure down to about 20psi. This will help the metallic lay nice and even.
