    It would be the same thing as putting a 427 Cammer in the car. Fuel injection can stay on or you can go with a carb intake and the cam cover distributor. I have seen plenty of hot rods with mod engines in them. I think Eastpoint Police has a 32 Ford with a Terminator or Lightning engine in it.

    I agree and not every car has to run 10s or better to be cool. ( ok, some will say 9s or better, but you get my point)

    It doesn't need to run 10's, but I need it to be fun to drive too. I don't want it to just look cool.

    I love SOHC 427s and would love to put one in it but that's the kind of money I REALLY don't have. A 4V motor is free if you don't mind the work involved with cutting a Mark VIII up.

    I still have my old 97 Cobra engine I'd like to drop in something----some day----
    I was thinking a late 70's LTD or some boat like that.
