    Question bottle brackets

    where is a good place to get a nice looking bottle bracket. currently i have the cheap bands that came with my NX system. looking for an upgrade but also dont wanna spend an arm and leg for some nice ones. anyone know a good place?

    in my experience its one of those weird products that costs an arm and a leg for no real reason. best bet is get a used set which will be even harder if you need a matching pair to mount two bottles. but maybe try ebay

    Just a thought, but I took the standard cheep brackets , that the bottles slide into and modified them. Just cut them on the opposite side of the screw clamp and buy a small hinge from the hardware store , and weld it on both sides and now it hinges open. I also made up my own t-Handel and welded it to the screw for fast removal. Just paint it black when your done or powder coat it. They work great, and look sweet.
