That entire area over the garages is a bonus room, 1200 sq ft. I have a game room and bad ass home theater cinema set up in it with a popcorn machine and all. Fucking awesome!

Both my wife and I graduated with College Degrees and worked very hard to get to where we are in life. While all my friends were dropping out of college to smoke weed and party, I stayed in all those years knowing one day I would reach my goals. Well I did but 95% of my friends are still at the same stage in life.

Stay focused man it will pay off! I'm glad I could be of some motivation for you!
