i personally love the "i need a part, but i dont really know what its called" then they go on to try and tell you where it is and ask you to diag the problem "will that fix it?"

or when you ask them what specific model and year they say "it doesnt matter they are all the same"

asked for a vin they reply "why do you need my vin, i shouldnt have to give it to you"

and even worse when you get into more involved things like axle tags etc. lmao the parts business is a pain but its entertaining.
