I'd be surprised to hear GM doesn't take a more in-depth, behind the scenes look at this. It sounds pretty clear to me that the dealer's service tech was suggesting in that recording that they bill the same job on 2 seperate days to hit GM up for double the hours. I wonder how many times they've done that in the past???
