Default Raw footage Sony HDR AS-15

I bought this camera for two reasons, I was having issues with my Contour+ not recording some pretty important stuff at car intros, and the ability to shoot 120 frames per second at 720p. This is some raw footage from an up coming review of a 2013 Mustang GT. So far I have to say it has a few quirks, but I like it better than the GoPro and the Contour.

Does it have a jack for a remote mic? If so, I'd do any "professional" vids utilizing one mounted in the trunk. That should kill the wind noise while retaining good engine audio capture.

It does have a mic jack but here's the problem. To use your normal suction cup mount, it has to be in the water proof case. When that happens there is no way to jack into the mic. Now, if you use the head band mount you can do jack in an external mic.

Sounds like you might need to buy a spare case and then drill a hole in one for a mic cable. If you're going to take the camera into/under water, chances are wind noise isn't going to be a problem.
