Default Wierd mustang problem I know someone will know what it is in here.

When the MAF is plugged in it idles fine, when you start to open the throttle the car dies.

When the MAF is unplugged it runs very rich but will go down the road.

    It has great fuel pressure.

When you swap the MAF for a new MAF it does the same thing.

The new MAF and the old MAF give the same reading.

What am I over looking on this???

    Shorted harness
To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

Yeah possibly a shorted harness like money pit mentioned. Is it a stock MAF with Stock injectors?
