Default Old ford diesel injection pump needs rebuild...anyone know anything about these?

Its a 78 OMC Loader and the thing is running like shit and leaking diesel into the crankcase. The previous owner put a small electric pump before it to "help" it i guess but its not working well.

I tried looking online but barely found any info for this thing. Is it better to get this thing rebuilt, if so anyone know a place to get it done?

You could try Mike's Service, but it's in Elsie. He may have a used one, or be able to point you in the right direction. It's my brother in law's Dad's shop. You'll either talk to Mike, or Micheal.

Guys @ work that used to work for Stanadyne say it should be that big of a rebuild. One guy recommends Surperior Diesel in Detroit, outside of just buying another pump.

That pump is known as the "DB"
