Going down to the Smoky Mountains this summer though, to camp. Will surely pass 200k on the way.

Just to update only things ive done to truck in last 25k one wheel bearing and shocks (still had factory shocks in rear) so besides oil changes and gas, ive put 100.00 into the truck,

To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

i wouldnt consider a f150 newer than 1996, in 97 they made the lifted cars 96 change a heater core 20 minutes, 1997 and newer 5 hours, i can do plugs wires, cap rotor fuel filter and a oil change in 1 hour, on a 1997 its a all day job.

During cash for clunkers we had one turned in with the straight 6. We drained the oil from it and ran it full throttle for 15min straight it over heated and locked up then we let it cool and it fired back up ran for another 10 before it threw a rod.
