I doubt MSU covers the spread this weekend... 45-1/2 to EMU.

Miami looks pretty terrible. Hopefully Nebraska can pull off the Big 10's second win over a power 5 conference this weekend.
Not sure what to make of the win over Fresno State. At least they've taken care of business two of three weeks against bad teams. Maybe McNeese State will win the 1-AA championship this year and make that close call against them not look so bad. When a team has lost all its games 50 something to low 20 something or less it is hard to deduce much from it. I would say looking at stats and what not USC looked a little better than Nebraska against Fresno. Nebraska didn't sustain a drive of any sort at all in that game though. The only scoring came when Nebraska broke one. Basically, Fresno State wasn't bad up front (or Nebraska's O-line is terrible is more likely) but you can't ask the front 7 to stop every play and when a running back got into the secondary he was gone. Plus Westerkamp has decided he is going to get on SportsCenter every week this year and got his big play with a one handed catch in for a TD too.

9 SEC teams in the Sagarin Top 25. Looks like the AP might not be giving the SEC enough credit.

Normally I'm all for other conference teams winning their non conference games but at this point I'm kind of rooting for the Big 10 dumpster fire to just keep blazing.

Every Saturday I root for three teams. Michigan State and the two teams playing Michigan and Notre Dame.
Chances for upsets...
Florida vs Alabama
Clemson vs Florida State
West Virginia vs Oklahoma
Miss St vs LSU
Michigan State 73, Eastern Michigan 14

Oh, and before Ryan accuses the Spartans of running up the score, MSU was 3-3 passing in the second half for 4 yards. The rest was all running and EMU turnovers. MSU used 5 QB's including two walk ons. Not like when SEMU left the starting QB in until halfway thru the 4th Quarter against Bowling Green a few years ago...
