Default Team z k member help?

Installed my k member. Coil overs and tubular control arms. I'm having a toe issue. Basically the wheels are pointing to the right with the steering wheel straight ahead. Using offset rack bushings in the correct position. Installed the steering shaft in the exact position I removed it and the rack was in the same position when the shaft was installed

Get it aligned, with a big change like that made to the suspension shit is gonna be out of whack.

Here's what I'm trying to explain. The toe is so far out, there isn't enough adjustment at the tie rods to compensate.

Remove the shaft coupler, straighten wheels then straighten steering wheel. Reconnect steering shaft

Yeah I messed with it a bit. Wheel was only off by about 20*. I did a driveway alignment and see alright. Stock length arms

Its probably just a.combination of the offset rack bushing and the k member probably moves the rack anyways for clearnance purposes

That's my thought. After pulling the outer tie rods off completely, I found more thread than I thought I would have. It's acceptable IMO.

5-6 full threads is enough. I ran into issues when I swapped to a flaming river rack and only had like 2 threads..yikes. I did an 94-95 knuckle swap a few years back and apparently required the use of longer rods. With my stock k member and rack I used the factory tie rods with the 95 knuckles so I didn't think twice about it when swapping to the manual rack
