Default Coil overs and caster camber plates

What caster camber plates are and are not compatible with coil overs?

They recommend using steel ones. Some guys have used Aluminum with no issues some have launched the struts through the hood. I have the steel Steeda ones.

    I have UPR billet
UPR makes a Billet CC plate kit for both, with Coil overs and Non-coil overs
