    We got the digital installed recently and I logged into app but don't see anything other than this

    It can take 3 months for DTE to provision it in their system (sorry)

    WP = probably not - I haven't heard any interest from DTE to pay for that version of the app.

    The plan was for it to show the same data, but I think they have changed directions.

    I had a smart meter installed this summer, and I don't know why, but my electrical went down about 40% - October last year was 28 KWH, this year 18.3. Is that normal or was my old meter just so ancient that it was reading wrong. I can't imagine what I could be doing different.

    Any plans to have the app NOT ask you to sign in everytime you launch the app? Maybe setup to use the thumbprint login. It's annoying having to enter it every time.

    One of the reasons I stopped using the app almost immediately.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

    Unfortunately this is a bug - and DTE is working on it. They are sometimes slow to move on these items.

    Yep, sucks. We have a feeling it's something out of our control so we are waiting for them to fix it.

    I tried and tried to get this app to work for me and it just won't. Contacted DTE Insight team and they just keep telling me to remove and reinstall the app. After the 3rd time I threw in the towel.
