When I get a few moments free, I plan to do the lower grille and fog lamp surrounds with Plastidip so it matches.

No issues with chipping or flaking yet, so I'd say it's good.

    I have a white one with 2.0ecoboost.

    1. I think it looks good, but when it peels off it will be stuck to the radiator fins.

    2. have you done the Intercooler mod yet? Ford blocked 1/2 of the I/C with Plastic to restrict the air flowing through it. Supposedly it was because the F150's were actually icing up.

    3. Have you found an easy way to put HID's in it? to change the light bulbs means you have to remove the front fascia.

I put a garbage bag in front of the radiator when I sprayed it.

I believe I have the smaller intercooler because it isn't blocked on mine and I believe in 2014 they started using the Focus ST intercooler on the Fusion.

I Haven't messed with the lights. A company in westland makes a nice HID replacement headlights for them

What kind of has mileage do you get? Stock, mine only got around 22 mpg city but it's better and much quicker tuned.

I can hit 32mpg with cruise control on driving down M59 from Milford-troy daily.

The average MPG is 26-27, somwhere in there.

On the highway I was 35 with cruise on.

Have you thought about doing the bumper piece between the grilles in black as well?
