    Default Retune Required?

I have an A&A Supercharged and cammed Corvette Grand Sport with ARH headers and catted X. I would like to get rid of the cats but I am not sure if this will affect the tune? Will I need to get retuned? Thanks folks.

id say yes....that's a large restriction your removing from the exhaust system.. if you have a wide band in the car you could take it for a ride and watch the wide band. if she goes leaner then she was with the cats on then for sure. if it stays the same then you could try leaving it.

if you really dont know what your looking at, you may want to take it up and have it checked on dyno though.

Was the car tuned to incorporate the catconv. for passing emissions?

I have no idea. It did pass emissions but that's just a plug-in OBD II test.

No wideband unfortunately. I may have to take it back for peace of mind as it seems the jury is still out I'm getting mixed answers.
