Damn Kevin, you're really gettin down! Cool project, I need to get my hands dirty, all I been doing is painting lately. And Wally said hi.
I used to be 'with it'. Then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm 'with' isn't 'it', and what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me.......

You might want to give him a shout. He would love to hear from you. He's had a rough year.

    Lmao!!! YESSS!

Well today was all about turning cardboard into metal...
Had to get a bit creative with bead rolling a pan that size

All in all time consuming and frustrating, but the results are worth it IMO

so one pan down 5 more to go!

Had a few hours today and worked on the front floor pans.
This was a clever template I made for a recess and the bead roll starts and stops within it

Here are the almost finished pans... I might just be dangerous if I had better tooling

    Hey! Thankyou!
If you want I can probably make you a deal on my bead roller. I really need some incentive to get a better one! After I finish these pans that is...

Love my colicos and roper Whitney hole punch! They make work like this a breeze

And here she is all tacked in. Still need to make pans between the firewall and floor and also make a trans access panel.
