got expired insurance ticket

To the OP, I was told my the police officer that stopped me as long as I brought my paper proof in the ticket would be dismissed.

What exactly is your point?

If you don't try to deal with it, you'll never get
anywhere with it. I have walked my wife through
more than one ticket that she "got out of".

One she got was a "no turn on red". She turned on red
right in front of the officer. We never said she didn't
do it, but I gave 8 reasons (with photos) why she
shouldn't be held liable for it.

The judge agreed & threw the ticket out! All I'm
saying is try to deal with it - that is all.

I never have proof of insurance on me..

Its a $25 ticket once you show proof. I dont know how many tickets I got out of because I got the no proof ticket. Ive been puled over for 15 over and got a no proof ticket. I feel its $@5 well spent hahaha.
