    That is only a 8'6" beam boat, maybe a 9' so it is completely legal! I wish I had the kind of money for a boat like that, looks to be a 46 or so with probably 1075's or bigger?

    Took it out last week, had some minor issues I need to fix, going to try and get back on the water this week and fix some more issues!

    The OP's boat is a 38' Powerquest.
    The one in the picture looks to be a 52' Outerlimits.
