    Default Help on turbo sizing

    Hey guys

My dad is looking into turboing his Galaxie. I need some help with sizing.

Here is the spec on the motor

390 FE, it has edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads,
8.7 to 1 compression, mild roller cam

The goal is 550-600 to the ground would like to see full boost in by 2500, and
    redline at 6250.

I have a HX-55 I got from a member on here. From doing some research its to small for my 408w

Im hoping since it hp goal is a lot lower than mine and its not as.

    here are the specs

    Compressor

    Inducer 66mm

    Exducer 98mm

    It has a 4.25 inlet with a 2.25 discharge
    Turbine

    Inducer 84 mm

    Exducer 70

It has a T4i flange (so close in size to a T4 flange) and about a 3.5ish dp
