1968 mercury cougar

Meant to post awhile ago but got real busy..posting pics of my cougar..doesn't look like much now. I'm saving to get the car media blasted at the moment then things should speed up quickly on the build. This is a tennesse car with light rust at the front floorboards (typical). Front fenders off a 67 cougar( I never cared for the side marker lamps on 68's) going to be running a 5.0 ,4r70 trans,8.8 out of an explorer with 3.73 gears. Looks like a nice car. Couple gallons of air craft stripper you could have it to bare metal in a few hours. Good luck with the build

That's actually not a bad idea. I'm just worried about neutralizing any rust, hate to do all this work to have rust bubble through new paint. Do you think rustmort would be enough for my needs?
