That's why I would sell it to someone at a low price to see it on the road
    What year F100 is it?

And my poor imperial is sitting outside all winter. I'm bummed about that. She needs some love.

Yeah, I helped a buddy of mine put one under his 51 Chevy truck. It was so easy it was rediculous. It's like Jag designed it for swapping into something else.
I used to be 'with it'. Then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm 'with' isn't 'it', and what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me.......

I just went through your build thread again. I think you should keep it. Just mothball it. I've had that 48 for 4 years. I'll eventually get to it. I am getting tired of it taking up space in the garage though.

Planned on getting more work done in the garage this weekend, batted 0/1000. Ended up spending the weekend wiring house lights and removing some old ratty ass wiring. If anything, it lightened the electrical loaf on the shared garage circuit, so thats a bonus. I'll be rewiring (adding isolated circuits to) the garage when its warmer.

I pulled one of the heads off the 318 that's going in my truck last week to see if they were worth keeping. (No) Does that count for anything?

Is that 42 done yet and able to drive it on its own power to my house?

I got the 42 moving under its own power. Backed it out of the garage and pulled it back in. I don't have any throttle linkage, and Tig rod wasn't working well. Once I get that made I'm taking it around the block.

Nice to see some projects making progress. Mine is on hold for a couple months as I needed to finish my garage project. I picked up a hoist last year but the ceiling wasn't high enough to get the car all the way up. Now that I have that project done except for the attic access, I need to get my Firebird ready for spring. Then hopefully I can be back on my long term project. Sorry about the pics. I'm not sure why it keeps rotating certain pics.
