    Honestly, as long as you rinse it off with water when finished, worst it will do is take the wax off, you will need to wax where the emblem was anyway

    use pre clean.. takes it right off and wont hurt paint

    I've used the wd-40 before, and it worked decent. If I had a proper scraping utensil, it would of been even better. Will have to try out some of the other recommendations in here as well.

    Denatured Alcohol also works. Won't hurt the paint.
