Question *** Hot Deal Alert *** "16,000 mile 1985 ford mustang SVO $10,900"

If this car / deal is for real, that is a great deal on a super fine car!

I thought about it - decided to pass & share it....

If this is the "real deal" (& it looks like it could be) I think
that would be a very nice catch - what do you guys think?

"Chrysler corp leased this car to test it up against the new at the time shelby , that they were coming out with. my dad purchased the car directly from the leasing co with 15,000 miles. he had the hindsight to realize the car would be a collectors item, so its only been driven about 1500 miles im the last 30 years! its been stored in a climate controlled concrete floor building with a cover its virtually a time capsule! he put new tires on the car but still has original good years that go with it."

Cool car and the price seems fair for what it "is".

I had an 83 GT turbo that was a pretty neat car, that's another one I wish I would've hung on to.

There is a mint silver one, but newer, at a repair shop in downtown Saline as well. You don't see to many in that condition. Cool cars to boot!

Lotta pedal wear for only 16k miles
To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

I was wondering when I looked at them if it was pedal wear or just dirty pedals. Steering wheel, pedals, shifter, driver seat are all items to look at in a claimed low mileage car. From the pictures the steering wheel and shifter appear to show minimal wear.

    Cool

Like I said, not my car, but if this car is as advertised,
I thought that was a pretty good deal for someone.
