I have a decent 2008 Sierra 2500HD with the LMM 6.6 that is deleted with a tuner if you are looking for a truck I'd let go cheap.

That was the 2wd one, right? I would prefer 4wd as this would be my DD when not in use for towing her horse trailer.

Yup 2wd. They way I look at it, its such a good deal a front solid axle swap will still put you in at less than a 4x4 model and you got one that is 10x tougher. The front 4x4 system is not the best in the GM 4x4's.
