    Default Sad day for Milford

The well known party store that sold pretty much everything burnt to the ground Wed morning. This is the party store that is in same parking lot as bakers of Milford. Been there 40+ years

That sucks. They have a nice putt putt and kids play structure behind the store. Hope that wasn't damaged too

I could smell the smoke from my house.

I turned on the news this morning and there was a news helicopter filming the fire. It has to be a total loss.

They had the BEST fried chicken on the planet.

I would imagine the owner was insured properly.... they will end up with a new store with new equipment... bigger & better than before.

There's magic in old cooking equipment that simply cannot be replicated or replaced.

I heard the owner saying that the deep fryer burned on 950 this morning.
