Work Commute - Average speed

24 miles...from Romeo Plank and 23 mile road to Opdyke and M59....took 80 minutes this morning, home it takes about an hour.

8 miles, straight down Hall road. takes what feels like forever, 50 mins this morning.

Hall Rd sucks. Back when I worked in Waterford, I'd usually stick around at work 1/2 an hour later, because I would make it home at roughly the same time if I left at the normal time. Figured I'd save the frustration and wait for it to clear up a bit.

Just wait until it's under construction. I'm working on the design plans now....between M-53 and Romeo Plank.

I drive 21 miles each way. 20-25 minutes to work taking 94 east to north river rd and about 30-35 minutes going home on 94 west to Mt. Elliot. Average speed 75-80 mph.

4.5 miles. Average about 8 minutes. About 6 minutes if I get all lights green. Average speed is 40-50 mph

It would be nice if the design plans include digging a ditch to make m-59 an expressway all the way to I-94 but that would make too much sense.

That was the original plan a long time ago which is why the ROW and median are so wide.......but that won't happen with all the business access along there now.
