    This is probably your best bet. The Amtrak trains are typically within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival times. Ann Arbor's platform is easy to get to from the parking lot and he could sit on the bench or even stand there as the train comes in. I can only imagine how awesome that would be to a 3 year old.
