Yeah it's a beater for sure but heck I've seen worse for more money when it comes to antique cars and they don't have the coolness of the diesel and five speed. This one at least can be daily driven (supposedly) and it doesn't need $5,000 in repairs to get it on the road.
That 606 engine came in the 96 210 body E class. Trust me -not a good engine for the average Joe- The parts are not cheap I'm pretty sure a replacement injection pump for that thing is over a grand if you need one.
What am I missing here?
