The best part of the 350/350R is the handling. Not the straight line time

I am well aware of that. It just seems they should do better in a straight line being 300 or so pounds lighter and supposedly 41 more horsepower. Despite what motor trend says we have seen Scat Pack automatics run very low 12 on stock tires, and high 11s on drag radials.

Saw a black RS last night. Pulled out of RiteAid and hoofed on it down the road. Sounded good and looked good in black. I bet it's a great around town car.

A RS would be a very fun daily driver. A set of smaller diameter wheels and Blizzaks would make it a riot in the snow.

Have you seen that Ford sells an additional set of winter wheels and tires as an option from the factory. Very cool idea.

As long as they aren't marked up 200% from equivalent non-Ford parts its a good deal for the customer
