Default Holley 650 Double pumper rebuild

I bought a used mechanical secondary Holley 650 DP carb (missing choke hardware but the horn wasn't ground down) a few years ago that could use a rebuild.

I have the rebuild kit, all of the choke hardware and other odds/ends.

Any tips or tricks for the double pumpers? I haven't rebuilt a carb in quite some time so advice is needed.

I'm no master, but somehow I rebuild a lot of carbs for people. Like any build, just make sure all the passages are clean, no old gaskets stuck anywhere, no cracks in the baseplate or blown out shaft holes etc. A double pumper isn't much different than a 4160 Holley.
I used to be 'with it'. Then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm 'with' isn't 'it', and what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me.......

You can bring it to my place - I have a clean solvent tank and air and have done a lot of them. Just buy the quick kit (about $40) for the carb and it is pretty easy to do...

Thanks for the offer. I still haven't pulled the carb off or apart yet.
