Yellow is sexy............................................
hehe
I actually like how it makes the calipers pop, but i'm sure they would look sweet color matched to the Jeep.

Raj - if history repeats itself, once the VIN has been assigned it typically goes pretty quickly. I've had situations where the VIN was assigned and it wasn't shown as built yet (when I still worked at Chrysler)...but in fact it was already complete and headed to the dealer. Sometimes it lags...that's my point...but again, that's based on historical experience. Perhaps they've improved the timeliness of the reporting system.

Usually they don't assign a VIN until it rolls out of the paint shop at the assembly plant. usually the first station in General Assembly is to print the VIN tag on the dash. I would say that the day after you got your VIN, your car would be in the ship lot unless it got held up in QC.

I would almost guarantee every demon will get sent to the Audit bay at the Assy plant soon after it rolls off Final for a final detailed inspection.
Was standard for all SRT's when I worked there.

Apparently my friends demon has been built for a month waiting in a Quality Control lot, not sure what he called the place where it is.
